Detector reports mark continuous prose, not every token in a manuscript. Treating the whole file as dirty is the expensive default.

HumanPen imports a Turnitin or iThenticate AI report (or lets you mark spans), then rewrites only the flagged continuous prose. Unflagged paragraphs stay as written.

Citations, numbers, and formulas are frozen by design — they are not part of the rewrite bill.
